Welcome, and thank you for visiting my web page! I, Jane Adams, teach in several places in Kalispell and
hope you will be able to make it to a class soon.
The style of yoga I teach is primarily a combination of Iyengar yoga and Vinyasa Flow yoga. I also teach gentle
yoga perfect for active younger (50's-70's) seniors, senior yoga (70+ years), and yoga for Low back pain.
